Firefox is bezig met zijn 4e versie. Momenteel nog in beta, maar er wordt al mee geadverteerd op de standaard startpagina. is de beta te downloaden.

Enkele puntjes:

Positief:
1. De balk bovenin is klein gehouden, de balk onderin zelfs weggelaten waardoor er veel, heel veel ruimte voor de webpagina is.
2. De tabbladen lijken net iets soepeler te werken
3. Nieuwe tabbladen of vensters, afdrukfunctie en alles is nu, net als bij Office 2007, via één kleine knop te vinden.
4. Mozilla heeft een gemakkelijke feedback-functie in de beta gezet.

Negatief:
1. Mozilla heeft iets veranderd in hoe webpagina's worden gerenderd, enkele websites kloppen niet meer in versie 4
2. Er is een soort extra beveiliging op filmpjes ingebouwd: bepaalde websites geven een pop-up met een Flash debugger en bijv. een YouTube playlist geeft per nieuw liedje een error




Zijn er verder nog mensen die dit gebruiken? :)
